Seeing Life with Clarity
Seeing Life With Clarity
Are you seeing your life with clarity? Or is clarity missing because of all of the noise around you?
When a person has clarity, they have a sharp, focused state of mind that allows them to understand their goals, see reality as it is, and make decisions without confusion. Clarity helps show you what truly matters.
The world is a big, noisy place that floods our minds with images and thoughts and opinions. Sometimes the noise can be confusing and come from your closest family and friends. The chaos starts to drown you in spinning thoughts.
These people put pressure on you to feel a certain way about situations or other people. This causes you extreme stress and confusion. Why do people do this? It's head games and manipulation. And it has an agenda most of the time to gain something that they desire or to control everyone and every relationship.
Some people like being in control. It's about feeling powerful. For some people, having power gives them a "high" just like doing a drug does.
Walk Away and Clear Your Brain of the Noise
Get some place quiet. No television. No phone. No people. Preferably outside. Take a piece of paper out and write down what or who is upsetting you in your life. List your problems and worries. Clear your brain of the noise. Writing soothes the soul. Read Why Writing by Hand Is Better for Your Brain
Look at this list. Read each worry or problem out loud. This is clarity for your life.
AND things never turn out as your brain planned it, right? Do you have a solution to any of the problems on the list? Can you act upon them with any positive action? This means that you do have some control on the direction these things will take. You could try.
All you can do is try. All you can do is improve yourself. You and your habits are the only thing you can change. And when these changes enhance your life, then you know that you are on the right path for yourself! You are seeing your life with clarity!
If this action includes another person taking on some responsibility or action, be prepared, again, that this might not ever happen, and see it for what it is. The reality is, some people will never change for the best or repair things or apologize or be held accountable or be honest or self-assess themselves to have healthy relationships. And that is not your fault. And that is not on you!
Do Not Allow It or Them to Disrupt Your Life
Let me shine more clarity on this! What is your fault, is if you stay or allow it or them to disrupt your life. You are an adult. You make your life decisions now, no one else. You did not ask for any of this, and you do not have to takeit. You must make changes. You may have to close doors and stop communication.
It can be extremely painful if the person is family. But your peace is worth walking away because if they have a pattern of treating you bad, you will never change them. The reality is that some people are so self-centered that they are not capable of empathy and compassion for anyone else. They are all about themselves and getting what they want. They love to be right and argue about it. They get pleasure in abusing you and taking advantage of you. They have a sickness.
Anyone Who Truly Loves and Cares About You, Cares About Your Feelings.
Let me be clear about this topic. They would not tell you "I don't want to hear it" and shut you down. They will listen as long as it takes for you to get the feelings out, even if they do not agree with you. They will love and support you, unconditionally. If they don't, they are not the positive, supportive people you want in your lives.
You Can Gain Clarity from Experiences, People, Places, and Things
Go get clarity for your life. Your life needs it my friend! There is too much noise in your world. Slow down and clear that brain. You don not have to react to every person or every problem. And most do not deserve your reaction and time. We have been trained by technology to respond to everything, and we are expected to do it FAST — Therefore, we keep ourselves worked up all the time, and on the edge of our seats waiting to react. Which makes us nervous, stressed, and anxious all the time. Wouldn't you agree?
